"This is one of the worst scenarios in history. Hopefully, we can get out of this soon, healthy, and safe. The work we do helps people get in and out of the building safely, in terms of safety. It allows for firefighters, medics, and the police in emergencies to go up and down safely. This [pandemic] has taught me that what we do is important, and it matters to people; when something like this happens, we have to step up. I would like everyone to take the necessary precautions, like washing your hand, social distancing, and staying home but also to have faith, we will get out of this."
