The St. Tropez
The St. Tropez or 340 East 64th Street, is a 35-story luxury condominium building often recognized as one of Manhattan's very first. Constructed in 1965 by Brown & Guenther, The St. Tropez features the traditional clean lines, horizontal windows, and minimalism associated with the modernist architectural style. As part of their major lobby renovation, all five elevators received a luxury modernization, bringing them into the 21st century. All elevators feature stunning Calacatta Marble and Bronze Tinted Mirror wall panels; Oxidized Muntz reveals/fronts, a premium leather-wrapped handrail, and a New Montpellier stone tile floor.
