225 West 83rd Street

225 West 83rd street or The Bromley is a post war modern condominium located in New York's Upper West Side. Built in 1985 and desgined by Costas Kondylis of Philip Birnbaum & Associates, The Bromley is most widely known for it's circular openings and motifs which can be seen on it's top floors and base. Drawing inspiration from it's lobby which features beautiful cherry wood panels that is carried throughout the whole building, we, in conjunction with Sygrove Associates, were able to encompass the essence of the building and incorporate it into the modernization of The Bromley's multiple elevators.
