15 PArk Avenue

Located in Murray Hill, 15 Park Avenue is 16-story residential building which was designed in the renaissance revival architectural style and built by famed New York City developer, Frederick F. French. The building features two passenger elevators both of which were newly modernized. designed with upper and lower panels - the upper panels are faced with Formica laminate on either side of the elevator and a safety laminated mirror resting on the center back wall. The lower panels, in contrast, are faced with a bronze wire mesh, Separated both by a Bronze Chair-rail and a Bronze Handrail. To masterfully tie the design together, we incorporated a decorative mosaic tile base and a two-tone porcelain floor.

 
 

The Materials Involved Include the Following

  • Lighting: Six (6) L.E.D. light fixture system "Solo-Beam".

  • Upper Panels: Faced with Laminate and Safety Laminate Mirror wrapped with Bronze Binders.

  • Lower Panels: Faced with architectural Wire Mesh & wrapped with Bronze Binders.

  • Frieze, Reveals, Hand, & Chair Rail: Faced with Bronze.

  • Base: Faced with decorative tile.

  • Floor: Faced with Beige and Green tiles.
