Tower 45
Designed by Swanke Hayden Connell Architects, Tower 45 or 120 West 45th Street, is a 40-story commercial building located in Midtown Manhattan. Constructed in 1989, this "modern, Class A" building is made of brick and limestone, features continuous ribbon windows facade, and has an impressive 15-story open-air atrium. As part of a 2016 infrastructure reno by new owners, Kamber Management, all 8 of Tower 45's elevators were modernized. Her elevators consist of custom stained wood veneer side panels, beautiful quartzite stone back panels, matching quartzite floors for continuity, and stainless steel reveals and finishes to compliment the rest of the cab.
